Terms of use and booking

Tripora (tripora.com.vn) plans and arranges dental trips to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We introduce you to the partner clinic you choose, build a day-by-day plan around your treatment, and send you a booking link for each transfer, stay, meal or tour in it. Tripora is not a clinic, does not provide medical treatment and is not a travel agent or tour operator.

• Treatment is provided by the partner clinic and its dentists, who are responsible for it. The clinic invoices you for it directly.
• Treatment prices on this site come from the clinic's own price list, with no markup on treatment prices.
• Your treatment plan and its price can change after the in-person examination at the clinic. Any change is confirmed with you in writing.

You book transfers, stays, meals and tours yourself, through our links, directly with the provider that runs each one, under that provider's own terms. Your contract for each is with that provider. You pay it directly, on its own site or on the day (for example at a restaurant). Some providers pay Tripora a commission; your price is the same.

• Sending a request is free and does not commit you to anything.
• We confirm we've received your request within 1 business hour (8:00–18:00 Vietnam time, Mon–Sat) and reply in full within 24 hours. We check your dates with the clinic before you travel.
• You pay nothing to Tripora. You pay the clinic for your treatment in Vietnam, once it is done; the clinic pays for our coordination.
• Transfers, meals and tours are booked and paid directly with each provider, on its own site or on the day.
• To change or cancel your plan, contact us using the details below.

Flights and hotels are not part of your Tripora booking. When you follow a link to Trip.com, you book and pay there under Trip.com's own terms, and Trip.com is responsible for that booking. Tripora may receive a commission from Trip.com for it.

Nothing on this site, and nothing our team tells you, is medical advice. Prices, plans and photos on the site are general information. A dentist review of your photos is done by the clinic's dentists, and decisions about your treatment are made between you and them. If you have a health condition, talk to your own doctor or dentist before you travel.

• Give us accurate details, including any medical conditions, allergies and medication.
• Arrange your own passport, visa and travel insurance.
• Tell us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Tripora is responsible for arranging your trip with reasonable care. The clinic is responsible for your treatment, and each partner and Trip.com for its own services. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights that consumer law in your country gives you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where your trip takes place. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
